Take a file and clean up from
the coating on the night latch before setting. This trap is the most robust, heavy built trap that I am aware of. Going to order more when I can afford it. These traps can be handed down for the next generations!

I run a small trapline every winter for canines and this product saves me time and space. I have caught a lot of coyotes on fewer sets. Dirtholes and flat sets mainly.

Love the jaw hold down system and trigger. Very strong springs i definitely recommend buying the setting tool. Only coyote trap I'll ever buy again.

Solid sifter, that should last a lifetime if i don't loose it. Only complaint is i wish it was powdercoated.
